Jake Sacks is entering his 19th year at Crown Automotive. He is a proud father of four – Stella, Maverick, Mack, and Maddox- and wife Brittany. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Sports Management and has a Masters of Business Administration from Baker University. When he’s not at the dealership he enjoys watching sports and spending time with the family. Customer experience and satisfaction is his top priority.

He says Crown is the easiest and most friendly place to go to for your automotive needs no matter if its for purchasing a vehicle, getting service done, or your vehicle repaired. Ed Keane, the Volkswagen Service Manager, is originally from Leavenworth, KS — as well as Laurel, MD, Okinawa Japan, Seoul South Korea, and finally Lawrence, KS. He graduated high school in Seoul South Korea and went on to study at KCKCC and the University of Kansas. His favorite part about Crown Automotive is the interaction with different customers and knowing that every day will be different than the last. He feels that Crown has a “small town feel” even though it is one of the biggest/busiest dealers in Lawrence, KS. In his spare time, Ed enjoys arts and crafts, as well as cooking.
