My first venture into the experience reinforced that, as the business manager was not only defensive and condescending, he was also dismissive. (My review for that dealership is pending.) They were patient and responsive over the several days it took for us to finalize the purchase through no fault on their part. Even signing the paperwork with Adam was simple and quick. Highly recommend this dealership. In addition, we will drive the 45 miles back to service our Tiguan because of this experience. BTW.
